What to Bring: Bat, helmet, uniform, proper footwear, water and snacks

 

Description: Participants will work alongside the UW-River Falls softball coaching staff as well as current players.  Topics to be covered are: how to increase exit velocity, a detailed emphasis on the development of mechanics, drills to take home after the camp, and the mental approach to hitting.  Participants will also be evaluated in other areas of hitting, and have the opportunity to discuss the results with the coaching staff and current players.

What to Bring: Glove, uniform, proper footwear, water, snacks, and your own catcher

 

Description: Participants will work alongside the UW-River Falls softball coaching staff as well as current players.  Topics to be covered are: how to increase velocity, a detailed emphasis on the development of mechanics, pitch design, drills to take home, and the mental side of pitching.  Pitchers will also come away from the camp with a review and breakdown of their pitching analytics using Pitch Logic, and other sources of feedback from the coaching staff and current players.
